First National Bank & Trust Spreading Goodness in the Community For Spread Goodness Day

Spread Goodness Day, a global event held annually in March, and founded by Anna Dravland of Marquette, is intended to inspire a global day of goodness by encouraging individuals, businesses & organizations to take one action of goodness on this one day. First National Bank & Trust is proud to have taken part since Spread Goodness Day’s 2018 inception. For this year’s March 12th event, First National Bank & Trust spread goodness throughout the Bank’s Iron Mountain-Kingsford, Iron River and Menominee community locations.

The First National Bank & Trust Iron Mountain-Kingsford locations provided baked goods and beverages to the Dickinson County Healthcare System Emergency Department, COVID Unit, and hospital staff and patients.

“Thank you, First National Bank and Trust, for graciously acknowledging the DCH staff during Spread Goodness Day,” said Chuck Nelson, President and CEO of Dickinson County Healthcare System. “We appreciate you recognizing our dedicated team, who, without hesitation, confronted the COVID-19 pandemic with courage, resilience, and compassion. The DCH team never wavered in caring for our community in this very challenging year.”

“Aspirus Iron River would like to thank First National Bank and Trust for this generous donation to show their appreciation to the employees,” said Rae Kaare, Chief Administrative Officer. “The community and businesses in Iron County have been very supportive to Aspirus Iron River during the pandemic.
